Advance Auto Part store on Boston Street now is not like before Feedback: 1 Asian guy and a fat white dude that work there are very rudes and unprofessional. They didn't seem to care of what customer has to say and wanted and they just has a mind of their own. Last week was a bad experience for me. I called for the front stabilizer link bushing and asked if they can bring it out to the front counter so i can just pick it up, but when i got there, i had to go through the whole 9 yards again and they gave me an open box and stated that is the correct part for my car. when i got back to my garage, i'd took out my old one and matched it up and it wasn't the right parts. so i went back to the store and asked for exchange and they didn't have none in stock, so i ask for my refund and they wouldn't issue me a full refund and ask for a receipt and i don't have it with me and the same person that sold those wrong part to me and that was that Asian guy i think his name is Kwann or something. HE WAS RUDE AND TO ME AND ANOTHER FAT WHITE DUDE CAME OVER AND ADDED MORE STUPIDITY ON TOP OF WHAT THEY CAN'T HELP ME. I HAVE BEEN SHOPPING THIS STORE FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS AND I AM SO DONE GOING THERE NOW. THANKS FOR YOUR CONCERN.

I bought a crank shaft sensor the box was dirty. I tought that just the sales person was working on something and got it dirty, went to the mechanic paid $60 for labor to find out the part was defective. Came back to the store to talk to the store manager who was very rude and not understanding didn't want to do anything but talk like a woman. I will never be back to this store after being a regular customer for 3 years.

The manager Eddie Brackett is always helpful to me , as is the whole store. i mainly only deal with this auto part store cause of there friendly service. Unlike other stores who thinks your a idiot just cause you don't know something and is just asking for help.
